How does the 14-day trial work?
Every new workspace gets full access to everything — Assets and Production both — for 14 days, whichever plan you picked. Your card isn’t charged until the trial ends, we email you three days before it does, and cancelling is one click. If you walk, your data exports in one click too.
Do shop-floor users cost extra?
No. Anyone who scans, checks out tools, or updates a work order from a phone is free and unlimited. Per-seat pricing for floor crews punishes adoption — the opposite of what tracking needs.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is someone who plans, purchases, edits BOMs, or manages the workspace from a desk. The crew scanning QR codes on the floor never needs one.
What if I don’t pick a paid plan?
The Spine plan is free forever: items, stock, locations, vendors, and scanning for up to three seats. When the trial ends you can land there instead of a paid plan — your data stays put either way.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing carries a discount over month-to-month. The current numbers are shown at checkout inside the app.
What about nonprofits, schools, and fire departments?
